Splitting his youth and formative years between the United States and Mexico, Aaron speaks fluent English and Spanish and knows the ins and outs of the real estate industry and market in both countries. From an early age, Aaron took a special interest in both science and business and enjoyed learning about construction and property management from his father. He received a science degree in California in 1995 and went on to become the partner and general manager of a reputable automotive shop. His extensive knowledge in mechanics gave way to a new venture in retrofitting engines on several high performance cars for racing. Meanwhile, Aaron began focusing his interests on creating a real estate agency to help foreigners buy homes in Mexico. With the goal of providing personalized and prompt service where it was previously unavailable, Aaron started Coco Realty in 2005, a Real Estate Company based in the remote and enchanting seaside town of Puerto Escondido, Mexico.
