Kiley Rapier is a born and raised Texan except for the four years she spent in Norman, Oklahoma studying Business Marketing at the University of Oklahoma. This is where Kiley began her career in real estate as a Leasing and Marketing Associate for a new-build student housing property that ultimately brought her to Houston post graduation as the Sales and Marketing Manager for another new-build for the University of Houston and Texas Southern University. Since then, Kiley has been in the real estate industry in various capacities including servicing the industry as TREPAC Coordinator at the Houston Association of REALTORS®. Since then, Kiley has shifted her focus to become a REALTOR® full-time to better serve her clients. Kiley is dedicated to helping her clients make the best financial decision in all their real estate endeavors. Michelle Speetzen began her career in the real estate industry 30-plus years ago, starting out as a Marketing Director for a local Title Survey company. Michelle was born and raised in Houston, growing up near the Galleria area. After attending Sam Houston State University she finished her schooling at the University of Houston. Since then she has lived in both Sugarland/Spring and now Pinehurst. Michelle is a great believer in doing all that she can to help her community. She volunteers for many charities and is a Lifetime Committeeman with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, having served on the Souvenir Program, Parade and BBQ committees. For pleasure Michelle enjoys being with her family, making time for God, watching her son's baseball games, ice skating, fishing, and traveling whenever possible.
