I became a Realtor® after several years as a successful business person working in the high-tech industry. I am a native Houstonion and have lived and worked in the Atascocita, Kingwood, Humble, Huffman, and Crosby areas for over 15 years. Steven Franco has 15 years of experience in real estate with a dynamic portfolio in REO. While Steven has proven to be successful in traditional real estate, he has thrived with investors. He has previously worked as an REO Asset Manager closing over 1500 homes per year (an average of 125 per month). Steven had a portfolio of upwards of 225 properties and has worked for major clients including Fannie Mae, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and more. April Flugence moved to Spring, Texas from Lafayette, Louisiana where she studied Public Relations at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Moving to a place like Spring with its small town feel and big city amenities was a natural fit for her family. The area is faith-filled, family-centered, and full of trees, just like back home in Louisiana. As your realtor, April uses her past experience in Public Relations and Marketing to listen to her client's needs and pay attention to the details.
