I discovered my passion for real estate four years ago amidst the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a proud Texas A&M University graduate in 2019, my career initially flourished in the vibrant world of event planning. My journey took an unexpected turn when the pandemic swept across the globe. Transitioning from the dynamic world of event planning to real estate, I found myself joining forces with my mother, Tamela Waltz, and my grandmother, Sandy Laine, forming a real estate dynasty spanning generations. Working alongside Tamela, a seasoned expert with over 30 years of experience in the industry, imparted invaluable wisdom. Jennifer Kinser, is your Third Generation Realtor and Houston Area Hometown Real Estate Expert. I grew up in Conroe,Texas. I attended Baylor University (Sic em') and graduated with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Over the years I have worked as a speech therapist helping kids and their families in the community. I am a born and raised Texan! Born in Tomball and raised in the Spring/Woodlands area all my life. My father owns a local home and termite inspection company which I have always had a hand in. Whether it was ridding along for inspections as a child, or running the office as an adult, I quickly learned the ins and outs of the real estate market and customer service.
