Mr, Perry has access to industry leading marketing and advertises listings on thousands of websites, along with targeted television and print media across the city and the nation. For those searching for a new home, Mr. Perry will guide in researching, keeping abreast of new listings, preparing for closing and more. He is ready to help establish a budget and use his market knowledge to find the best deal possible for his clients. Buyers will also receive listing alerts so they'll be the first to know when new listings fitting their needs come on the market. Mr. Perry graduated with a Degree in Business Management from Lamar University. He then spent 9 years working as a Sales Manager for AT&T, where he was recognized with several sales awards and "Manager of the Month" awards. During his time working for AT&T, Mr. Perry acquired strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and management—all of which are very important in the real estate industry. He also has a vast understanding of residential financing terms and practices. As a real estate agent, he will use his customer service skills to develop strong customer relationships with his clients relocating to The Greater Houston Area. He is fully committed to guiding his customers through the real estate transaction to ensure that they find their dream home.
