Born in Los Angeles and raised in Spring, Precious has a deep passion for real estate. With experience in both property management and commercial insurance, Precious brings a unique expertise that reflects in her extreme attention to details and fine print. A true people person, Precious loves meeting folks from around the world and has a special ability to make every client feel like her one and only. Being from the West Coast, Precious has helped many families relocate to Texas from California, Arizona, Nevada and other western states. Although Precious has served clients all over Houston, she specializes in helping clients buy and sell homes in Montgomery and north Harris Counties. In her free time, Precious loves traveling back to L.A., feeding the ducks at Northshore Park with her adorable 6-year-old son, and having lunch on the patio at Hughes Landing, Market Street or The Waterway.

I knew exactly what I wanted to do by the age of 14, help people. Now at 19 I have been given the opportunity to work with people to sell, buy, and lease homes. For the past 2 years I have worked tirelessly to understand the entire real estate process so that I could provide value to those who need it. Not only have I taken the required courses and passed every mandatory exam to become a real estate agent at the age of 18, but I have also taken extensive advanced training to make sure that I am equipped with the tools to not only make the real estate process easy, but to make it enjoyable for my clients. I am very well versed in the home selling process as well as the home buying process. While in high school I spent my 4 years studying business and communications while even becoming captain of my schools debate team. I now attend college part time and I am majoring in Business and negotiations. All that I do, I do for my business and the people that my business helps.
