Before becoming a Realtor, Meagan worked in Houston's energy industry in regulatory compliance for 14 years. She has a BA in Geography from the University of Texas at Austin. Moving from the energy industry into real estate was an easy choice for the next chapter in her professional career, having followed the market closely for many years, and witnessing her mom, Sally Beck, build her real estate business over the last 17 years. Parts of Meagan's regulatory compliance job she loved easily crossover to real estate working with and getting to know new people, helping clients achieve their goals, researching, researching and more researching, understanding laws and regulations and communicating such to clients. She grew up playing team sports, involved in Leukemia Lymphoma Society(inspired by her Father's battle with Leukemia), has volunteered at Memorial Herman Hospital with cancer patients and loves taking pictures of sunsets and sunrises. She has a wonderful husband, 4 stepchildren and 2 birds.

My hobbies include running with my very active dog Fahren, playing tennis, GNO with my besties, and going on vacations with my husband and family. I also am an active member of Faithbridge Church and teach every Wednesday night a group of sweet teenage girls and help them learn to love one another and love their neighbors as themselves.
