Born and raised in Cartagena de Indias, a Caribbean City, UNESCO World Heritage City, in Colombia, Roy studied Industrial Engineering in Bogotá. After graduation, he went to work for BASF in Germany in the Marketing Department for Latin America. Later on, he gained a Master of Business Administration – MBA and a Master in Business Informatics - MBI in the Rotterdam School of Management of the Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

Having worked in different countries, different industries and with different people, Roy understands that a key factor for a good deal is to exceed the expectations of clients and customers. Roy become a REALTOR in 2004 and is specializing in assisting investors, individuals, and families achieve their real estate goals in the Houston extended area, The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Magnolia and Conroe. Robert M. Jackson IV was born in Clarksville, TN. Robert was reared in a military family, his family traveled throughout the U.S, however they would eventually call Killeen, Texas home. In 2009 his family relocated to the the Spring,TX area, where he attended Westfield/Wunsche Academy. Robert played football for Westfield High School and would later choose his love for Culinary Arts and follow his dream of becoming a Culinary Chef. He attended the Culinary Institute Of America, where he received his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and his Bachelors Degree in Hospitality/Business Management.
