As a General Manager for a major hotel chain for many years, in several different cities, I felt my true calling was in real estate. Thus, I left the hotel industry and began my real estate career in 2004 in Chicago as a Sales Person with a local company who specialized in new developments, Buyers, Sellers and Investors. Soon after, I became a Broker and founded my own Real Estate Company, Legna Realty and Management, LLC in Country Club Hills, IL. With my sister, Shanetta Broughton-Bines, soon joining me as a Co-Owner we became a very successful Team! Legna Realty and Management was chosen to represent municipalities in the South Suburbs for their real estate related needs. Our services were also requested by major financial institution to assist with market valuations. We were named Business as the Month by Country Club Hills City Council, two times. We also ran a successful rehab company. Our rehab company worked on residential flips and also completed renovation projects for Cook County and others. The real estate market changed in Illinois in 2008 and around the country. After several successful years of leading the market in residential flips, buyer, seller and investor representation we decided to close Legna Realty and Management, LLC and move to a more stable real estate market. I like to say, we blew in to Houston, Texas with Hurricane Ike! Now as an agent with Keller Williams Professionals in Spring, TX, I continue to provide exceptional service, enthusiastic commitment, and desired outcomes! My goal is to be your life-long REALTOR!

As your Realtor I get it! My husband and I moved across the country fourteen years ago from Northern Virginia to Houston, Texas. Not only was my husband working in Texas while I tried to sell our home but I had two young boys and three pets. Plus we picked the worst time to sell during one of the biggest real estate downturns. By the time our house hit the market we had eight other houses on our street for sale! But we pulled through with determination, patience and the help of a wonderful agent located here in Houston. Not only thatbut we ended up in an amazing neighborhood in Spring, Texas.

Larry is a Texas native who has called Spring, TX home since graduating from Sam Houston State University. He resides in Spring with his wife of over 25 years, Brenda, and their daughter Morgan. He spent the last 25 years in the oil & gas industry and is eager to take the multitude of skills and experience realized in that industry to work for you. She has an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, as well as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. Shari has been affiliated with Re/Max for almost 19 years.

I am a Broker/Owner of a new office in Texas, located on FM 2920 in Spring. I currently represent Owners and Buyers in several market areas in Texas. My primary market is the North Harris County andf Montgomery County. I have been a part of the Houston market for over 50 years, and I am an instructor for Champion School of Real Estate, and have been with them for over 35 years.
