Selling Experience: For 25 plus years now I have been involved in selling; the last 19 years specializing in Houston "Residential sales in the greater NW Houston Area. This includes the Champions/1960, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Magnolia, and in other areas of Houston including Katy, Richmond and Rosenberg.

I will be there to guide sellers every step of the way, from staging listings, to hosting open houses, to closing. For my seller I will provide access to industry leading marketing, including advertising on a variety of television channels, print publications, and thousands of websites.

I earned my Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, and began my real estate career nearly a decade ago in business brokerage. Prior to entering the real estate industry, I was a small business consultant for over ten years, helping first time business owners establish themselves. I bring my communication and business skills to all my clients to guide them through the real estate process. I am also fluent in Gujarati.

As a second generation Realtor and third generation Houstonian, Stephanie lived near Uptown Park, and raised her family in northwest Harris County. Family and friends are the treasure of her heart! Married to her wonderful husband, Tom. They have a son and twin daughters. After graduating from Texas Tech University, with a degree in Petroleum Land Management, Lisa began working in her familys oil and gas operating company, preparing working interests assignments and other various oil and gas contracts and agreements. Wanting to venture outside of the family business, Lisa began working in commercial real estate, specifically in retail leasing, where she thrived at negotiating deals and relationship cultivation.
