Aaron brings a smiling face, friendly enthusiasm, and efficiency to the often bewildering and impersonal world of real estate. Splitting his youth and formative years between the United States and Mexico, Aaron speaks fluent English and Spanish and knows the ins and outs of the real estate industry and market in both countries. From an early age, Aaron took a special interest in both science and business and enjoyed learning about construction and property management from his father. He received a science degree in California in 1995 and went on to become the partner and general manager of a reputable automotive shop. His extensive knowledge in mechanics gave way to a new venture in retrofitting engines on several high performance cars for racing. Meanwhile, Aaron began focusing his interests on creating a real estate agency to help foreigners buy homes in Mexico. With the goal of providing personalized and prompt service where it was previously unavailable, Aaron started Coco Realty in 2005, a Real Estate Company based in the remote and enchanting seaside town of Puerto Escondido, Mexico. Specializing in vacation rentals, property sales and the creation of the necessary bank trusts for foreign owners and investors, he has been commended by peers and online reviewers for being honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and just an all around nice guy. He strives to offer exceptional service based on his clients’ precise needs. To be sure, Aaron helped a British client and now close friend build his dream beach house from what began as a rough sketch on a paper napkin, facilitating all of the necessary elements and guiding him through the entire legal process. He is an independent financial advisor and the creator of The Financial Game™ a program designed to aid families in understanding how money works and how to provide wealth for generations. He spent 8 years with Xerox in Computer Systems and Networks and 7 years for a national Ministry where he was the Technology Department Manager responsible for the MIS Department, the Audio/Video, and Television Ministry and established a private Satellite Uplink Network. Vernon credits the blessings of his many experiences to God, for he was raised as a Christian, an avid hunter and fisherman, built dragsters in his Fathers shop from age 12 (spent the weekends at Houston International Speedway) the 15 years in Computer Systems and Networks, 28 years as a Real Estate Broker, 15 years as a Financial Adviser, and encompassing it all, 28 years in Ministry, (22 years Licensed). Most important, he credits his success to his marriage to the lovely, intelligent and spiritual powerhouse, Jacquetta Y. Smith! Together, they have raised six children and have eight grandchildren.

Eva Wolf is a proud mother of four children who currently resides in the Woodlands. She has been married for 25 years to a Navy vet and an Aggie. Eva graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Accounting.Before moving to the Woodlands, Eva Wolf lived in Cypress, TX for 15 years. She had years of experience in the real estate market before she became licensed as a realtor since she sold new homes for several builders.
