Kiley Rapier is a born and raised Texan except for the four years she spent in Norman, Oklahoma studying Business Marketing at the University of Oklahoma. This is where Kiley began her career in real estate as a Leasing and Marketing Associate for a new-build student housing property that ultimately brought her to Houston post graduation as the Sales and Marketing Manager for another new-build for the University of Houston and Texas Southern University. Since then, Kiley has been in the real estate industry in various capacities including servicing the industry as TREPAC Coordinator at the Houston Association of REALTORS®. Since then, Kiley has shifted her focus to become a REALTOR® full-time to better serve her clients. Real estate is not just a job for me it is a passion! I have been involved in real estate since 2001 through the mortgage and banking industries before obtaining my real estate license. I have an extensive knowledge of many different aspects of real estate sales from small single family homes to large estates and have experience in the mortgage industry (especially the loan process as it relates to the purchase of a single family home). I have sold many properties with investors and know the "ins and outs" of income producing properties. I have also sold large tracts of land used for timber plantation and hunting.
