I am a Dedicated Broker Owner with over 25 years in property management, investor and real estate experience. I have managed both local and out of state properties. I have been a licensed Agent since 1996 and a Licensed Broker since 2008. I am also a certified instructor with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

I am an Accredited Buyer Representative, and specializes in working with first time buyers, I have a passion for helping first time buyers find and sustain affordable housing. Joseph Kummer brings 30 years of construction experience with deep knowledge of commercial and residential construction, negotiation, customer service, and finance. Joseph has been in the Houston market for over 17 years living in both the northern and southern parts of Houston representing clients buying, selling, constructing, and developing real estate throughout the region. Crystal Graham is a Broker and has sold real estate since 1985. She has been a multi-million dollar top producer every year. With a career in business, Crystal began in banking, but after her mother, who was also a Realtor, talked her into working with her, she never looked back.
