Jenny has relocated internationally, across the country and down the street, all with children. Originally from the Chicago area, Jenny has lived in NW Harris County for nearly 20 years.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Communication, Jenny has a keen ability to tailor her message to best suit her clients style: direct and to the point, discussions over coffee or somewhere in between.

In her spare time, Jenny volunteers as a court-appointed advocate for foster children, enjoys gardening, cooking and family time with her husband, four adult children, four grandchildren and two dogs.

Shay Jasper serves residential buyers and sellers across metropolitan Houston, having expertise serving clients in Missouri City, Sugarland, Richmond, Rosenberg, Rosharon, and Katy. She began her career as a real estate investor in Michigan, purchasing and managing over 10 of her own properties. Always being a real estate enthusiast, she pursued a real estate sales person license with the state of Texas 8 years ago. I have four children, my youngest two are members of the Fighting Texas Aggies, classes '23 and '27. My husband David owns a commercial construction company in Montgomery, and can often be found helping to expand this ever-growing area. I am a CASA advocate, and feel passionately about serving this wonderful community that has given so much to us. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, attending a local church in the area, and spending time with friends and family.

As a General Manager for a major hotel chain for many years, in several different cities, I felt my true calling was in real estate. Thus, I left the hotel industry and began my real estate career in 2004 in Chicago as a Sales Person with a local company who specialized in new developments, Buyers, Sellers and Investors. Soon after, I became a Broker and founded my own Real Estate Company, Legna Realty and Management, LLC in Country Club Hills, IL. With my sister, Shanetta Broughton-Bines, soon joining me as a Co-Owner we became a very successful Team! Legna Realty and Management was chosen to represent municipalities in the South Suburbs for their real estate related needs. Our services were also requested by major financial institution to assist with market valuations. We were named Business as the Month by Country Club Hills City Council, two times. We also ran a successful rehab company. Our rehab company worked on residential flips and also completed renovation projects for Cook County and others. The real estate market changed in Illinois in 2008 and around the country. After several successful years of leading the market in residential flips, buyer, seller and investor representation we decided to close Legna Realty and Management, LLC and move to a more stable real estate market. I like to say, we blew in to Houston, Texas with Hurricane Ike! Now as an agent with Keller Williams Professionals in Spring, TX, I continue to provide exceptional service, enthusiastic commitment, and desired outcomes! My goal is to be your life-long REALTOR!

Shaun was born and raised in Minnesota. He is married and has two children. He move to the Montgomery area 9 years ago. Shaun has a love of bass fishing and he was drawn to the area by the fishing on Lake Conroe. He has a passion for real estate and is excited to connect people with a place they can call home.
