I assumed ownership of his business in 2010, and currently, I'm the broker/owner of Texas Legacy Properties. An experienced realtor, I help clients buy and sell property across the Houston metropolitan area. Although foreclosures have long been my specialty, I have expertise in the broader real estate market with more than 500+ closed transactions over the span of my career. I firmly believe integrity, communication, and exceptional service are ingredients for a successful business.
In my spare time, you'll find me tinkering with my '79 Camaro, gardening, grilling, or hitting the walking trail with my dogs Rip and Finney!

Doyle Spencer is a full time Realtor® and Farm & Ranch Specialist. He is a member of the REALTOR® Land Institute (RLI) and has earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation. Doyle is educated and experienced in specialized areas such as "Farm and Ranch Real Estate", "Land 101", "Transitional Land Development", "Oil, Gas and Minerals", "1031 Exchanges", "Subdivision Land Development" and many others. These courses along with practical application provided the information and resources to help Doyle sell thousands of acres of real estate.
