I've worked in Commercial Banking for the last 8 years and decided to start my career in Real Estate in 2023 after my own experience in purchasing my home. Buying or selling a home should be exciting and fun because you are starting a new chapter in your life and you should never feel stressed or overwhelmed in this process. When you have a professional who is there for you through the entire transaction, working to ensure things go smoothly or anticipating any situations that may arise, it allows you to focus on other things and gives you that peace of mind knowing things are left in good hands. I began my career in real estate in 1993 when I joined my parents, Sandy and Jerry Laine, taking over all operations and administrative duties at RE/MAX Champions in Spring, Texas. I was fortunate to be able to build a foundation from my parents that helped catapult my Real Estate career! . In 1994 I got my Real Estate License & Joined RE/MAX Northwest to build my own business. In 1995 I was awarded by RE/MAX of Texas, Rookie of the Year earning over 3 million in sales my first year in the business. Through the years, I have worked with my mother as an undesignated team! . 80% of our business is from past clients and repeat business! . I have earned my Hall of Fame award and my Lifetime achievement award with RE/MAX. I have been recognized at a top 100 agents in the state of Texas and was a Platinum award recipient in 2020 closing over 10 million dollars in production. . 2020 was a challenge for everyone! My daughter, Shelby Waltz, who graduated from Texas A&M University made the decision that it was a good time to get her Real Estate Licence and is now working with me as my Marketing Specialist. She is a true expert in social media, print marketing, and upcoming trends in the real estate market! . So together the 3 of us are a true, DYNASTY! .
