I have specialized in both listing as well as selling of residential property. My key role in is to help assist and guide buyers and sellers determine the actual value of a property they would like to sell or purchase. My 25 years of accounting have equipped me with strong analyzing statistics skills. My prime motive is to help the sellers and buyers and make their selling or purchasing informative and successful. In addition, I arrange open house events, negotiate contracts and also educate the clients in all aspects of buying and selling. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, and began my real estate career nearly a decade ago in business brokerage. Prior to entering the real estate industry, I was a small business consultant for over ten years, helping first time business owners establish themselves.
