As a Sales Executive with HP Inc. for 22 years, I developed a unique set of strengths in being able to influence others and execute winning strategies through relationship building and the use of pragmatic business practices that work. In 2020, I made a long-planned transition into the real estate business alongside my wife, Michele Miller. I quickly adapted to my new role and was recognized as a 'Rising Star' for achieving top sales production by an agent in their first year. Starting in January 2023, Michele and I made a strategic decision to join the team at Keller Williams Realty Professionals (KWP) - one of the top real estate sales firms serving the Northwest Houston region. Michele, a Broker Associate, is part of the Executive Leadership team at KWP and serves as the Director of Coaching and Education.

In August 2023, Graeme and Michele took their collaboration a step further and formed the MGM Group.
