In addition to my primary development activities, I serve as a consultant for Hunter Housing Economics (HHE), headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. At HHE, I engage in financial modeling, real estate valuations, and extensive market analysis across various asset types. My contributions leverage a deep understanding of business and financial data analysis, allowing me to offer strategic insights that protect clients from risks, enhance resource efficiency, and ensure optimal outcomes. My integral role within the HHE leadership team involves participating in numerous pivotal studies.

Alethea Pendarvis has been an active member of Cypress, Texas for 10 years now, and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate.
