Martha PATTY Diaz REALTOR® was born in Mexico City, but raised in Houston, TX. She grew up in The Heights and has great love for the city that gave her the opportunity to grow as a person and a professional. Since then, Patty has established a strong connection and involvement within the community and is proud to call Houston her home. She was a mentor for Big Brother/Big Sister for 5 years, has over 10 years of excellent customer service and sales experience, and is fully devoted to giving back to her community in any way possible. In addition to her passion for Real Estate, Patty loves to practice Martial Arts, travel with her husband and dog, and spend time with family and friends!

Mr. Perry offers all sellers a variety of services, from staging listings and hosting open houses to using a proprietary database to target buyers. Mr, Perry has access to industry leading marketing and advertises listings on thousands of websites, along with targeted television and print media across the city and the nation. He is ready to help establish a budget and use his market knowledge to find the best deal possible for his clients. Mr. Perry graduated with a Degree in Business Management from Lamar University. He then spent 9 years working as a Sales Manager for AT&T, where he was recognized with several sales awards and "Manager of the Month" awards. During his time working for AT&T, Mr. Perry acquired strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and management—all of which are very important in the real estate industry. He also has a vast understanding of residential financing terms and practices. As a real estate agent, he will use his customer service skills to develop strong customer relationships with his clients relocating to The Greater Houston Area. He is fully committed to guiding his customers through the real estate transaction to ensure that they find their dream home.
