Kathy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1983 and has lived in the Spring/Houston area for the last 30 years. She had the honor of home-schooling her son and daughter who are now grown and doing well. Her 26 years of customer service and sales experience has developed excellent communication and listening skills that will determine exactly what her buyers and sellers want and need. She channels her endless energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to turning her clients' real estate goals and dreams into reality. Jorge Klaus Hernandez is co-president of Klaus Homes, LLC, a residential and commercial real estate company located in Houston, Texas. Klaus is a graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown, where he received a Bachelor's of Science in International Business as well as hold a real estate brokerage license certified from the state of Texas. Klaus, at the age of 18, initiated his career in real estate by becoming a licensed Texas Real Estate Realtor in the Houston-metropolitan area in 2000. He became familiar with the real estate business since his mother, a long-time 25-year veteran in the real estate industry, showed him the ropes of how to provide excellent customer service, maintain positive and professional business relations, and be knowledgeable about real estate laws and policies. After three years of working with Realm Professionals, he ventured to become an independent owner and real estate broker of his own real estate company in 2006.

Tiffany lives in the Magnolia area with her family. She is a loving mother with 3 children and has been married to her husband Beau, a Houston Firefighter, for 20 years. Tiffany was raised on the North side of Houston, and has lived in the Magnolia area for 20 years. Being from the greater Houston area helps Tiffany as a Realtor. She has seen all the growth and change throughout the years. She can remember The Woodlands as a small community, just beginning to grow. Now The Woodlands and surrounding areas have many attractive neighborhoods, in which she is willing to find the perfect fit for you.
