After graduating from Texas Tech University, with a degree in Petroleum Land Management, Lisa began working in her familys oil and gas operating company, preparing working interests assignments and other various oil and gas contracts and agreements. Wanting to venture outside of the family business, Lisa began working in commercial real estate, specifically in retail leasing, where she thrived at negotiating deals and relationship cultivation. Jennifer attended Klein HS in Houston. She holds a bachelor's degree from TCU and a graduate degree from Duke University.

Jennifer and Mike have two sons and a daughter-in-law. Sam and Sarah are graduates of Texas A&M University and live in Houston. Kyle attended The Woodlands HS and is currently studying at Oklahoma State University.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, watching sports, tailgating and connecting with friends over a great meal.
