Christina is a proud Houstonian native. She currently resides in Spring with her husband, Josh and furbaby Rousey (German Shepherd). After being a Branch Manager in the automotive industry for over 12 years, she wanted a new career path. Oddly enough, she started taking real estate classes some years ago, so she decided to go back and finish what she started and pursue her love for real estate! With both of her parents being top loan officers in the banking industry, real estate has always been a part of her life. Her love for making people happy, comfortable (and laugh) is just the beginning of her dedication to her clients. She strives to be the best Realtor for her clients as well as a friend. A Houston native, Meagan loves this city, its homes, and to help buyers and sellers realize their dreams. Before becoming a Realtor, Meagan worked in Houston's energy industry in regulatory compliance for 14 years. She has a BA in Geography from the University of Texas at Austin. Moving from the energy industry into real estate was an easy choice for the next chapter in her professional career, having followed the market closely for many years, and witnessing her mom, Sally Beck, build her real estate business over the last 17 years. Parts of Meagan's regulatory compliance job she loved easily crossover to real estate working with and getting to know new people, helping clients achieve their goals, researching, researching and more researching, understanding laws and regulations and communicating such to clients. Meagan looks forward growing her footprint and business in the Houston area.

Erika moved to Houston in July, 2016, she is already in love with the city. She especially appreciates the beautiful high-rises surrounding the area. She spent most of her life in Northeastern Brazil in a quiet beach city with warm waters and a simple lifestyle. Almost a decade ago, Erika and her family moved to the suburbs of western Maryland, because her husband was invited to be the pastor of a Brazilian community close to our nation's capital. After spending 20 years in marketing and IT she decided to investigate her passion to serve the public by pursuing a career in Real Estate. Erika came on board with a prestigious Brazilian team of Realtors in Maryland called "RB Team". Her fresh perspective paired with technological expertise are the perfect ingredients for talent and innovation. Erika is a relentless researcher when searching for the best deals on the market. She is driven towards success, always looking for ways to better herself, but never willing to compromise her morals. Aproximadamente uma década atrás, Erika se mudou com a família para os subúrbios do Oeste de Maryland, porque seu esposo foi convidado para ser Pastor de uma comunidade brasileira perto da capital dos Estados Unidos. Depois de passar 20 anos trabalhando na área de marketing e tecnologia , ela decidiu seguir a paixão em servir o público, iniciando sua carreira no mercado imobiliário.
