Mary Alice is a connector! Her passion to build community and value in those around her make her an excellent agent. She has had her license since 2012 and has helped buyers and sellers navigate the Real Estate process with up to date information needed to make educated decisions.

In the real estate transaction process, there must be excellent communication between Sellers Agents, Buyers Agents, Lenders, Title Representatives, Appraisers, Inspectors, Buyers, Sellers and so on. Mary Alice's communication style and ability to connect helps keep her clients stay up to date and connected to each segment of the transaction.

Mary Alice is a Texas gal! Raised in New Braunfels, lived in The Woodlands, Spring and now Conroe. She grew up playing team sports, involved in Leukemia Lymphoma Society(inspired by her Father's battle with Leukemia), has volunteered at Memorial Herman Hospital with cancer patients and loves taking pictures of sunsets and sunrises. She has a wonderful husband, 4 stepchildren and 2 birds.

I am a native Houstonian; I have seen the Houston and surrounding areas grow and develop into the most sought after destination to work and live! In addition, having the knowledge of the neighborhood's history and development, better serves my clients in selling, buying and/or leasing residential and commercial properties. Exceeding the expectations of service is my priority. My goal is to set a standard of excellence in my industry. A license Realtor in 2000 and established Broker/Owner of Platinum One Properties, LLC (Boutique Real Estate Office) since 2004 in Houston's Inner Loop Area. I am an Alumni of Our Lady of the Lake University and currently a member of Houston Association of Realtors; Texas Association of Realtors; National Association of Realtors; National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP); Greater Houston Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council; BROMAC Builder Realtor Outreach Advisory Council and Co Host of Real Estate U Show. In my free time, I enjoy writing poetry/lyrics, going to the gym, hot yoga, golfing, listening to live music and dancing. I enjoy spending time with friends, family and traveling to experience the natural beauty of other parts of the world. Being fluent in Spanish enables me in my travels as well with clients in my industry.

Born and raised in North Houston, I am amazed at the development and growth of the city. In addition to being a licensed Realtor, I obtained an MBA from Texas Woman’s University and attended undergrad at the University of Houston. I am the proud mother of an outstanding daughter who is currently attending college in New Orleans, life as a Single Mom has been my motivation for establishing The Real Single Moms Club, a non-profit organization, devoted to providing opportunities and experiences that educate, enlighten, and empower single moms to reach their full potential in spite of challenges they may face.

My successful corporate career in HR/Training and Medical Sales was credited to my ability to build and maintain relationships, my attention to detail, my ability to relate and educate and my commitment to making every transaction as relaxing and enjoyable as I possibly can. Michelle Speetzen began her career in the real estate industry 30-plus years ago, starting out as a Marketing Director for a local Title Survey company. Michelle was born and raised in Houston, growing up near the Galleria area. After attending Sam Houston State University she finished her schooling at the University of Houston. Since then she has lived in both Sugarland/Spring and now Pinehurst. Michelle is a great believer in doing all that she can to help her community. She volunteers for many charities and is a Lifetime Committeeman with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, having served on the Souvenir Program, Parade and BBQ committees. For pleasure Michelle enjoys being with her family, making time for God, watching her son's baseball games, ice skating, fishing, and traveling whenever possible.
