I bring over 10 years of client service and account management experience to my real estate business. I have a special interest in working with clients who are relocating to Houston as well as first time homebuyers. As a native Houstonian, I have lived and spent time in many areas of the city and can help my clients determine the best fit for them.

I returned to Houston for good in 2008 after living in Phoenix, Austin, and College Station. I am a former student of Arizona State University and Texas A&M University where I was a member of Alpha Phi Omega, a national service fraternity. I am also a graduate of the University of Houston – Downtown. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, exploring Houston’s many cultural offerings, photography, painting, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and two dogs.

My interest in real estate began over 20 years ago when I purchased my first home. As a Native Houstonian and retired public school teacher, passionate about family, traveling, food, wine, and living a good life, I negotiate and market homes as my second career. I am predominately in the business of helping people through transitions in their lives: getting married,divorced, having babies, empty nesting, relocating, retiring, etc. For someone to invite me into that process is an honor and requires trust in me and my skill set. After a long, satisfying career in International Trade Management and Sales, Wanda found herself drawn to real estate—a true passion of hers.

Now—many years later—here she is and loving it!

Wanda has originated loans and have a thorough understanding of the lending process. Her experience on the builder side allows for knowledge of new home sales negotiation techniques to an art. She has earned numerous customer satisfaction awards because she truly cares about each customer's well being throughout the real estate transaction.

Wanda has a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing Degree and has extensive marketing ideas to assist in the sale of her client's home. Additionally, she can guide all buyers in what to expect of the home buying process and provide a pleasant experience. Additionally, Wanda has received her Luxury Designation.
