Brian is a real estate entrepreneur who brings an impressive set of credentials and life experiences to his career. Studying Business Management and Marketing at Stephen F. Austin State University he left to jump right into Construction Management with two of the top residential construction firms in Texas. Both Perry Homes and DR Horton provided an in depth understanding of a buyer would be purchasing from the ground up. Through extensive training he built new construction homes in several popular neighborhoods in North Houston for nearly a decade perfecting his skills in construction management.
In 2008 when the market began to down turn Brian left the construction management industry and turned his focus towards commercial and residential construction sales. This was a turning point for him as he had just had his first child and began paving his path for his passion in sales.
An opportunity opened up in the packaging world. This would be one of his first steps out of the construction industry and into real business to business sales relations. This also would be where he truly would learn the art of sales. Persistence, confidence, routine, and an enormous amount of hard grinding work would drive him to the top at sales in one of the largest packaging companies in the world. Sales was exactly what he wanted to do, but there was always that want to dive back into residential homes and with the sales background now there was more than enough confidence to pursue that real estate sales career specializing in valuation of residential properties.
As a native Houstonian, he is very familiar with real estate markets throughout the entire metropolitan area; and with extensive knowledge in residential construction management and construction supply sales, gives Brian an extra "edge" in this competitive market.
