About Erika- I am a dedicated full time real estate broker with a background in business management and marketing. My team of real estate agents includes a veteran new home counselor savvy in the home construction industry and a strong background in sales. Furthermore, 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry in which I started from scratch and have learned every inch of the business from real world experiences. I survived the massive real estate crash of 2008 by focusing on fast and effective customer service and adapting quickly to market changes. I work mainly by referral provided by past clients that have been extremely satisfied with my services. I take my career seriously and passionately.

Rachel grew up showing horses and cattle which lead her to pursue an Animal Science degree at Texas A&M. While at A&M, she competed on the National Champion Ranch Horse Team. After graduating, Rachel's career started in livestock and horse show management for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and then later for Rodeo Austin. Rachel runs her family's Hereford cattle operation in Fayette and Lavaca counties and is proud to call Schulenburg home. She believes there is more to real estate than the next transaction; it is the start of a new chapter for the client. Rachel values communication, trust, and building relationships and she is dedicated to helping you buy or sell your next Texas property.

Lacey has lived in Montgomery County for 30 years, after graduating from Sam Houston State, she soon learned that she wanted to pursue a career in sales and focus on real estate. Shaun was born and raised in Minnesota. He is married and has two children. He move to the Montgomery area 9 years ago. Shaun has a love of bass fishing and he was drawn to the area by the fishing on Lake Conroe. He has a passion for real estate and is excited to connect people with a place they can call home.
