Hi, and welcome to my page! I am a native Texan, and I have lived in the Houston area for over 30 years. I have helped my clients buy and sell homes from the far west in Richmond, to the gulf coast in Galveston, up north in the Conroe area, and of course my home town in the Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita neighborhoods. Real Estate peaked my interests while I was building my own custom home from the ground up. I found myself immersed in books, online literature, blogs, you name it. Anything I could get my hands on to help me understand the whole process, that's when the light bulb went off that I could also help others achieve their own dreams of building and buying their next home. I quickly went to work and obtained my real estate license in 2014 and it has been the best decision ever! I started my career in supply chain management, specifically in the Energy Manufacturing industry for 6 years and I spent another 5 1/2 years in the Oil and Gas industry working for the second largest oil and gas service provider. Cumulatively over the 12 years, daily I was focused on negotiating contracts and negotiation and sourcing of raw materials (steel, chemicals, etc.), MRO and more; sourced and negotiated logistics contracts for both imports and exports, domestic and international, Sea, land, air, and rail; Managed customs entries etc.
In between these years I earned a BBA and began Grad school, MBA program.
I apply the skills that I have learned in the past decade to provide the best negotiations and service for all my clients, sellers and buyers!
