Clarissa has been involved in education for the last seven years. In that time she's advanced from classroom teaching to leading the entire math department as an administrator. She also coaches several sports, her favorite being volleyball. Her most important work principle is building relationships.

Clarissa is also a dog mom to four pooches. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends watching their favorite Houston sports teams. As an avid traveler and adventure seeker, she's even jumped out of an airplane!
