I am a past member of the NW Houston Chamber and in my spare time I enjoy participating in local charity events. I have over 15 years of experience in real estate and specialize in residential sales & leases in Houston, TX and surrounding cities. Christina is a proud Houstonian native. She currently resides in Spring with her husband, Josh and furbaby Rousey (German Shepherd). After being a Branch Manager in the automotive industry for over 12 years, she wanted a new career path. Oddly enough, she started taking real estate classes some years ago, so she decided to go back and finish what she started and pursue her love for real estate! With both of her parents being top loan officers in the banking industry, real estate has always been a part of her life. Allison Dragon has lived in Houston for over 26 years and is Graduate of Texas Tech University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. She has over 15 years of experience in customer service, outside sales/marketing, and recruitment management. Throughout her years, she has excelled in strategic marketing: comparing and analyzing data, working with budgets, and continually creating new and innovative marketing approaches. Having always had a passion for real estate and design, Allison decided to finally follow her dreams and obtained her real estate license in 2016. After working for a stint as a new home sales consultant, learning the entire construction process and all aspects of the sale from the builder's side, she became a full-time Realtor and Certified Negotiation Expert. Additionally, she has obtained certifications as a New Home Specialist and in Residential Construction.

When Allison is not busy working with clients, you'll find her spending time with her family, David: a full-time battalion chief at Atascocita Fire Department, Marilyn: an incoming freshman at the University of Texas - Austin, Addison: a 12-year old thriving in junior high and her dogs: Siku, Boris and Bosco. She is a custom wedding cake decorator on the side, loves to play tennis, explore new restaurants, and spend quality time with friends.

Prior to my career in real estate, I performed in the commercial construction business for nineteen years, even do that I still have a construction company on the side, I am fully committed to my clients in real estate. I know that my real estate practice benefits from prior experience, I am extremely diligent and have a deep understanding of contract law and negotiation. I enjoy the personal relationships created with my clients; I believe all parties in a home sale transaction should be pleased with the outcome and strive to bring all parties to a compromise and agreement. I am also a co-founder of a non-profit family restoration organization and through this adding experience; I learned the true definition of a home.
