Akia Smith is an industry professional with over 25 years of combined experience in real estate sales, appraisal and mortgage banking. She holds a degree in Economics from Hampton University, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, and a member the Appraisal Institute - which allow her to keep a pulse on current real estate economic trends.
