I plan on specializing in the sale of new and existing homes within the Houston Metropolitan area. My number one goal is to provide impeccable attention to detail and superb customer service, by educating my clients with market insight throughout the buying or selling process. I have deep roots here in my hometown of Houston, TX, and I am excited to share my knowledge and expertise with those I represent.

I am a graduate of the Historical Black College and University, Wiley College, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Before entering into the real estate market, I had tenure within the City of Houston. I am a loving husband and devoted father to my wife and two daughters.

My name is Mariah Mungia and I have spent my entire life living in the Houston TX area. For majority of my life I played softball which taught me to be discipline, determined and build an unwavering work ethic. I have always been excited by real estate, whether I was driving by a beautiful house or searching through pictures online. Now, as a real estate professional I am committed to working hard in order to make each of my clients experiences memorable and easy. My goal is always to exceed expectations. Outside of real estate I enjoy spending time with my family and watching the Astros every chance I get.

Katie Chachere Hester graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She also received a Graduate Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from the Bush School at Texas A&M University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. Katie practiced real estate and finance law for approximately seven years with the law firm of Locke Lord, LLP. While at Locke Lord, Katie represented clients in the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial real estate, including shopping centers, apartments, condominiums, office buildings, mixed use/urban developments, and retail and office leasing. She also represented borrowers and lenders in lending transactions. Katie also has experience with zoning and land use, community and economic development, affordable housing, and development of cellular tower sites, including issues involving the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1995. Katie spent approximately two years as the Assistant Vice President - Legal Counsel of Campus Living Villages – U.S., an international student accommodation provider, where she was responsible for all legal matters in the United States. Katie also served as a Director on the Board of CCHM Management Holding Corp., the parent company of Campus Living Villages – U.S. Katie recently joined The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center as a Legal Officer in the General Business and Education Section, with a focus on real estate matters. She is involved in numerous charitable organizations throughout Houston, and is also a member of C.R.E.W. (Commercial Real Estate Women).

Jon channels his energy and passion for personal relationships by making sure customer and client needs are always top priority. Prior to taking the plunge into the dynamic world of real estate, Jon thrived in the Oil & Gas industry as a project manager while interfacing with clients on a daily basis.

Jon was born in Houston, raised in Spring and is a proud member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2012 (WHOOP)! He currently resides in The Woodlands, TX with his wife Shelby, and two daughters, Ashtyn and Palmer! In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, exercising, rooting for Houston sports teams, and spending time with friends and family.
