As a General Manager for a major hotel chain for many years, in several different cities, I felt my true calling was in real estate. Thus, I left the hotel industry and began my real estate career in 2004 in Chicago as a Sales Person with a local company who specialized in new developments, Buyers, Sellers and Investors. Soon after, I became a Broker and founded my own Real Estate Company, Legna Realty and Management, LLC in Country Club Hills, IL. With my sister, Shanetta Broughton-Bines, soon joining me as a Co-Owner we became a very successful Team! Legna Realty and Management was chosen to represent municipalities in the South Suburbs for their real estate related needs. Our services were also requested by major financial institution to assist with market valuations. We were named Business as the Month by Country Club Hills City Council, two times. We also ran a successful rehab company. Our rehab company worked on residential flips and also completed renovation projects for Cook County and others. The real estate market changed in Illinois in 2008 and around the country. After several successful years of leading the market in residential flips, buyer, seller and investor representation we decided to close Legna Realty and Management, LLC and move to a more stable real estate market. I like to say, we blew in to Houston, Texas with Hurricane Ike! Now as an agent with Keller Williams Professionals in Spring, TX, I continue to provide exceptional service, enthusiastic commitment, and desired outcomes! My goal is to be your life-long REALTOR!
