Sommer Hausman

Sommer has to be one of the best realtors in Texas.
In my experience with past realtors, I really thought they were expensive for what they did for us.
Sommer was completely different. Through preparation with beautiful staging, unbelievable professional photography and a marketing blitz, Sommer sold our house in 2 days for 12% above the Zillow value. We were in disbelief.
Now, I realize those realtors we worked with in the past were very average and that's why I thought they were costly.
A great realtor like Sommer invested time and money getting our home ready to go to market to maximize our homes value making us more money than we thought possible on the sale. Sommer and her team are great!
