I do not usually leave reviews unless I feel compelled with the kind of service I get; consequently, Ms. Khan definitely deserves one!

I was very fortunate to have her represent me as my agent. To be honest with you, I was a bit hesitant & concerned after speaking with her that she is new to the Houston real estate market. However, she surprised me with the wealth of knowledge she possessed about the area and real estate in general. She had patiently listened to my needs and requirements and provided me with her opinion and assessment. Since I was out of state, she visited quite a few properties and video called me and shared all the information and answered all my questions in great detail. She consistently, throughout this buying-home journey, showed my best interest in her mind; therefore, I never felt for a second that she only works for her commission.

As a New Yorker, I wanted a neighborhood where I can stroll to nearby shops/restaurants. Ms. Khan ensured of that and found me an amazing cozy mediterranean colonial property in the Galleria neighborhood.
