During her tenure as COO at one of the largest geriatric medical practices in the country, Dawna is proud to have earned the honor of Houston Chronicle's Top Work Places four times. She has been a national and local speaker in the medical industry and is a published author. Deciding to change career paths, she successfully purchased, remodeled and sold several homes and developed a passion for home improvement projects, interior design and real estate investing. Dawna took her management, design and investment background to the world of real estate, becoming a REALTOR in early 2019.



Dawna currently resides in the Seabrook area with her fiancé and her loyal Golden Retriever named Gus. She enjoys riding her horse, cooking, traveling and freelancing as an interior designer. She proudly volunteers for several non-profit Veteran organizations and continues to assist seniors in and around Houston.

Samantha is a full-time residential real estate agent in the Clear Lake Area. As a wife and mom of older children, Samantha brings a unique perspective to the industry, understanding all stages of family needs with a passion for real estate. In her free time, Samantha is a rescue animal advocate, an avid scuba diver, and an active member of the community, serving as a hike leader for the Houston Women's Hiking Group, and the volunteer coordinator and board member for Seabrook's Carothers Community Garden.
