During her tenure as COO at one of the largest geriatric medical practices in the country, Dawna is proud to have earned the honor of Houston Chronicle's Top Work Places four times. She has been a national and local speaker in the medical industry and is a published author. Deciding to change career paths, she successfully purchased, remodeled and sold several homes and developed a passion for home improvement projects, interior design and real estate investing. Dawna took her management, design and investment background to the world of real estate, becoming a REALTOR in early 2019.



Dawna currently resides in the Seabrook area with her fiancé and her loyal Golden Retriever named Gus. She enjoys riding her horse, cooking, traveling and freelancing as an interior designer. She proudly volunteers for several non-profit Veteran organizations and continues to assist seniors in and around Houston.

My heart found its home in the Houston Bay Area in 2015. Alongside my husband, two quickly growing daughters, and three beloved rescue pets, I made the move to this vibrant coastal town. Having been a transplant myself, I find immense joy in assisting individuals seeking that same coastal lifestyle I pursued.

Before diving into real estate, I honed my skills across various roles in small and startup businesses handling everything from sales and marketing to finance and operations. Born in Texas and raised in the Clear Lake area, Dustin is a Texan through and through. After graduating from Clear Lake High School, he went on to obtain a degree in Exercise Science from The University of Houston-Clear Lake. He's also a proud Army Veteran after devoting 7 years of his life to serving our country. If Dustin looks familiar, you may have seen him working as a trainer at Lifetime Fitness-Baybrook. Since the age of 6, I began to develop my love for Real Estate as I grew up watching both of my parents help families in purchasing their dream home. This passion has stuck with me from childhood through adulthood.

After graduating High School, I received my Loan Officer license and worked as a Loan Originator for 6 years. During those 6 years, I assisted a number of clients through the close of their loan from start to finish. AlthoughI enjoyed helping clients securing financing for their dream home, I decided I wanted to be physically presentin helping my clients FIND their dream home.

In 2007 I received my Real Estate License and held it for 5 years. I helped a number of clients with the Residential Sale and Leases of their homes. During this time, I also helped others with Apartment Locating for Houston Apartment Pros, whom just weren't ready to purchase yet. Whether you are buying, selling or leasing...nothing is off limits for me.

In 2012, I decided to focus on my family and stay home with my 2 children, now 9 and 11. During my time off from Real Estate, I decided to get my Property & Casualty and Health & Life Insurance license. I focused on Commercial Real Estate with State Farm. As you can see, working with Clients in securing something for their future has been my true passion.

Here I am now, back into Real Estate, coming full circle as to what I grew up around loving, and what my first passion was.
