Hello and welcome to my site! My name is Tracey Ranck and I have been a Realtor for 5 years. I became interested in real estate soon after completing my Bachelor's Degree from University of Houston Clear Lake.

I love learning about the housing market and getting people into the home they have been looking for! A house isn't just a place you live in. It is a place that brings security and holds memories for years to come. The sense of pride I feel knowing my clients have purchased what they wanted at the best price possible is unmatched.

A little about me!

I am a lifelong resident of the Houston-Galveston Bay Area, grew up in Clear Lake City, and graduated in 1974 from Clear Lake High. I have lived in Santa Fe since 1983. I always had an interest in Real Estate and construction, and after many endeavors from self-employment, to retail management, to custom home building, to office manager at a Septic Company for 10 years, I became a REALTOR® in 2015. My vast experience comes in handy in the many facets of Real Estate. Since becoming a REALTOR® I have made it a priority to continue my education by attending extra classes and have achieved additional distinctions. I have been successful in helping many buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate objectives. I value relationships and take very seriously the trust my clients give me by letting me help them with their Real Estate needs and giving me referrals.

Dave Hubbard is a dedicated realtor and investor with a passion for the Houston/Galveston Bay Area. He boasts 14 years of experience in the industry, specializing in both buying and selling properties, particularly within the investing market where he has recently earned his ABR designation. Through his own investment business, Texas Upscale Homes, Dave leverages his expertise to identify and manage high-value properties for his clients. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dave is a family man, happily married to Roberta Hubbard for 24 years and have raised a blended family of three boys and two girls to successfully be on their own. He also actively contributes to his community by serving as an associate pastor at Reign in Life Church International in Pearland, Texas, where he is also involved with the music team. Dave is currently studying to become a Real Estate Broker.
