Becker Properties founder, Philip B.W. Becker, is a highly-motivated entrepreneur with a love for real estate. In 2009, he made his move into real estate with the founding of Becker Properties. Philip quickly became involved with the REALTOR® organization. Philip served on the Texas Association of REALTORS® YPN Advisory Council in 2011 and the TAR Political Affairs Committee in 2012. He is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. He was appointed to the Texas CRS Chapter Board of Directors as chair of Public Relations and Co-chair of Chapter with a Heart for 2013. He was named the Texas CRS Chapter’s 2013 CRS of the Year and was the 2014 Secretary of the Executive Board. He was the peer-to-peer (profiles of people to watch) national featured agent in CRS’s The Residential Specialist Magazine in summer 2014. Last, but certainly not least, Philip served on the National Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network Advisory Board for 2013 and 2014, is the 2015 Vice-Chairman of YPN, and has been confirmed as the 2016 National Chair.
