Grant Lopez is a third generation San Antonian and has been a licensed REALTOR since 2009. Currently he serves as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board for the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) and is also a proud member of the Board of Directors to the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA). He takes great pride in knowing that he works hard for his clients not only during the sale, but also afterwards through both associations' efforts to protect the dream of home ownership and private property rights. Grant also serves on the Board of Directors to both the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). In 2017 Grant was selected by NAR as one of their 30 Under 30. The list which is nationally published by REALTOR Magazine recognizes rising stars who are successful in real estate and have demonstrated skill, success, creativity, and leadership in their careers. Grant has been featured on the covers of The Ellie Report and Real Producers Magazine, news articles and TV interviews at both the local and national level. Outside of work Grant enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy Marie, and their two little girls.

Kaitlynn Johnson moved from a small town in Georgia to the big city of San Antonio in 2014 and fell in love with not only everything about the city but everything about real estate. Kaitlynn is a part of the Dana Phillips Premier Team which has over $300,000,000 in closed transactions in San Antonio. In 2016 Kaitlynn was awarded Rookie of the Year & Sales Person of the Year for Phillips & Associates Realty. Over the past few years Kaitlynn has dedicated herself to learning the ins & outs of real estate. Working along side the top agents in San Antonio she has acquired the knowledge to assist her clients in a way that assures their best interest is her top priority. From negotiating, to understanding the market, to figuring out the real needs of her clients, Kaitlynn will do everything she can to make sure that one of the most important purchases most people will ever make goes as smoothly & as efficiently as it possibly can.
