Jennifer's early career began with managing & selling IT consulting services for Financial/Oil & Gas clients. In 2018, she was drawn back to real estate where her true passion has always been. Inside knowledge of the area & management skills enable her to provide valuable information to clients. Though her primary expertise is centered on the Fort Bend County area, Jennifer has also had rental properties & lived inside the loop. Clients reap the benefits of her personal experiences in the area, layered upon her love of the real estate process. Her goal is to act as advisor & guide throughout the buying & selling process, always with her clients' best interests at heart. She works diligently to find the perfect property for buyers & facilitate profitable contracts for sellers. From family homes to investment properties at all price points, she applies her experience in renovations to carefully inspect prospective purchases. Daily research, & collaboration keep her abreast of what is happening in the real estate & mortgage market. She gathers comps, as well as current news & trends, in order to keep her clients well informed. In addition to serving on the neighborhood HOA & her sons' school PTO, she organized a Mothers' Club for their community-holding various events for kids & families. Easton Smith's one desire is to provide you and your family that perfect home that fits your every need. Over the past fifteen years Easton's involvement in real estate has been quite diverse. He and his wife have been active in the areas of overseas residential, personal residential, income properties, and most recently he acted as trustee for a number of multi-million dollar properties in Los Angeles and Malibu. Easton has proven successful at acquiring, improving, and reselling his real estate investments for a significant profit. His true passion is the idea of home and the meaning and need it provides for everyone . Easton's effective negotiating skills have been polished while serving as President of a helicopter company in Los Angeles where he created a high-end charter operation serving the world's most prominent entrepreneurs, philanthropists and A-list actors/musicians. Easton is an accomplished commercial helicopter pilot who specialized in a niche market where he found himself daily landing on top of skyscrapers, yachts, and many private landing pads. As well as being a private executive pilot Easton was also involved in aerial firefighting with the United States Forest Service and Cal Fire, where he fought forest fires as long line pilot. Prior to aviation he and his wife were successful professional ballet dancers who toured the United States and the world. Easton has also had the opportunity to star in a Broadway show and tour in musical theater Productions. After living throughout the United States Easton and his family have chosen Texas as their home because they fell in love with the hill country and the beauty and opportunities it provides.
