Teasia is originally from Virginia, with hopes of seeing the world and all it had to offer when she turned 17, she enlisted in the US Army. The military molded the person she is today and ignited a passion for serving her community. The Army is what brought Teasia to Fort Hood, Texas. After completing her enlistment, she loved it so much here in Texas she made it her home. Since 2010 Teasia has resided in Central Texas, where over the years, she has fallen even more in love with the culture, food, and the fantastic economic growth of this region! After her time in the military, Teasia found herself wanting to give back to her community. That drive to be of service is how she then found herself submerged in the hospitality industry and loved the feeling that helping others gave her. While she enjoyed over eight years in the hospitality industry, Teasia felt that she had more to contribute to society; she wanted to make a more significant impact on others, especially her fellow Veterans. What is a better way to be of service to your community than to assist them with the purchase of their homes? Teasia's intense passion and drive to help others are what led her to become a Realtor. This year marks more than 13 years as a Texas REALTOR®; however I have nearly 30 years' experience buying and selling real estate through 22 years serving in the Air Force. I love San Antonio and call it my home since we moved here in 1995. I have extensive knowledge of the Northwest, North Central, and Northeast corridor of our city. I've worked commercial and residential transactions and have lengthy experience in building investor portfolios, relocations, military transfers, property management, and the ever-changing new home market. I have more than 15 certifications and designations. I am most excited and proud that I recently earned my Broker License and opened my own brokerage...Kristalli Real Estate. Kristalli's goal is to limit buyers and sellers stress through education and communication while building a long-lasting relationship built on trust, dedication, and professional integrity. My extensive Air Force experience prepared me to have strong negotiation skills, manage multi-million-dollar projects, while working in fast-paced and potentially stressful situations.
