Grant Lopez is a third generation San Antonian and has been a licensed REALTOR since 2009. Currently he serves as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board for the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) and is also a proud member of the Board of Directors to the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA). He takes great pride in knowing that he works hard for his clients not only during the sale, but also afterwards through both associations' efforts to protect the dream of home ownership and private property rights. Grant also serves on the Board of Directors to both the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). I am eager to be in an agency where competence, knowledge and the client's wishes are paramount. I immigrated to the United States from the Philippines when I was sixteen. Upon purchasing my first home at the young age of 21, I became interested in real estate. In the intervening years, I have purchased and sold a number of residential properties and also helped several friends navigate the process of buying their first home. I enter the real estate field after fourteen successful years in the retirement living industry. I will apply a high degree of passion and energy to whatever I set my sights on. Whether buying or selling, I will offer all my clients a keen attentiveness and natural understanding of their expectations. It is my goal to ensure that the process is pleasantly memorable.
