Karis grew up in San Antonio, land has always had a special place in her heart as she spent most of her life on the family farm in Karnes City, Texas and at the family get away in Utopia, Texas. A proud Churchill HS alum, she went on to graduate from Texas A&M University with a BS in Recreation, Park & Tourism Sciences. In 2013, she joined her father, Broker/Owner Jimmy Fuchs, at Land Investex. She thrives on meeting new people, continuing her Real Estate education and constantly pushing herself to achieve her Real Estate and personal goals. She is an active member of Texas Land Brokers Network and Junior League of The Woodlands. Karis has brought strong work ethic, passion for people, marketing and customer service to Land Investex.

Kito was born and raised in Michigan, where he received a bachelor's in social studies with a minor in education from Spring Arbor University, along with being awarded a varsity letter for his excellent athletic capabilities. He is the proud father of a daughter, Kaydia, who is soon to be Texas State student. Since moving to San Antonio, they have embraced the community and thrived in it.
