Grant Lopez is a third generation San Antonian and has been a licensed REALTOR since 2009. Currently he serves as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board for the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) and is also a proud member of the Board of Directors to the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA). He takes great pride in knowing that he works hard for his clients not only during the sale, but also afterwards through both associations' efforts to protect the dream of home ownership and private property rights. Grant also serves on the Board of Directors to both the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). In 2017 Grant was selected by NAR as one of their 30 Under 30. The list which is nationally published by REALTOR Magazine recognizes rising stars who are successful in real estate and have demonstrated skill, success, creativity, and leadership in their careers. Outside of work Grant enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy Marie, and their two little girls.

Duncan Elliott grew up in the Dallas area and worked as a property supervisor for an apartment management company for 8 years. Duncan's passion for the game of golf led him to pursue a career as a PGA of America Class A golf professional. In 2011 Duncan relocated to San Antonio in order to be closer to the Texas Hill Country. Duncan's parents are his role models as he watched the work ethic that both his mother and father exhibited while growing up. Duncan's mother is a retired CPA and his father has recently retired as from a Houston based credit union. During his time as a golf professional Duncan honed his skills in creating experiences that left his clients with lifelong memories of their time on the golf course. Now entering into the realm of Real Estate, Duncan is excited to have the opportunity to create new lifelong memories of helping his clients buy or sell their homes. Certified as a New Home Specialist in 2009, I am able to protect New Home Buyer's interests from showing to closing on inventory or custom home builders. San Antonio is my hometown! I grew up here and graduated Churchill High School. I have degree's in Communications from San Antonio College and Bachelor's in Philosophy & Art History from UTSA. I currently work for NEISD as a part-time non-tenured Teacher. I have worked on several City of San Antonio Boards and Committees. My favorite was the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women.
