Being a rare native Houstonian I have had the pleasure of experiencing every slice of the Houston surrounding areas. I found my way to the Katy area in 2009, and absolutely fell in love with the culture and the region. I spent 8 years of my professional life in the business management, and learned that people are my passion. I am a people pleaser, I love people! I am friendly and sincere and never afraid to work hard. After my wife and I introduced our beautiful bouncing baby boy into the world I realized that I could make a difference in peoples life in an entirely new way, being a part of a huge chapter in their lives. Williams, REALTOR® spent over 20 years serving the public in various contracting and procurement positions for federal, state, and local governments in Texas and Arizona. Andria holds a Master's in Public Administration. Through her education and experience, Andria has developed skills to uphold ethical standards, active listening, and contract negotiation.
