Briana is an adventure seeker at heart! A graduate of Texas State and former Strutter, she Directed and help build Dance programs at several area schools before picking up her Southern roots to head west and join the Real Estate market in Las Vegas. Her experience as an educator prior to Real Estate, prepared her for a dynamic market...providing her the tactical acumen to accommodate to change and succeed in the face of challenge. 9 years later, she has returned home to raise her family and join Crawford Luxury in servicing the needs of the community through her knowledge and expertise of the Real Estate Industry. Specializing in distressed property (foreclosure/short sale), residential and commercial investment, luxury and second-home sales, Briana represents a range of clients. By setting correct expectations and thinking outside the box, she fosters a productive environment where clients are able to make informed and relaxed decisions. When Briana is not working, you can find her enjoying the amenities of the community, hiking and camping often. She also commits her personal time to running races on behalf of local and state charities, and participating in events to support area churches, public schools and special needs groups in Texas.

Lovetta’s career path in management and real estate photography has led her to working as a full-time REALTOR® since 2009. Lovetta grew up in Pleasanton, TX. She is a graduate of Texas State and more recently the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI). She is married to Jim McAlpin and together they have two beautiful daughters; Abby, who attends UNT and Lanie who attends NMSU. They enjoy family activities and supporting their daughters’ school, sport of swim and social endeavors. That is Lovetta in a nutshell: relationship driven and oriented!
