I have always loved the real estate business! As a young child, I have fond memories of watching my dad work. He introduced me to community development, buying and selling commercial real estate and most importantly, he taught me that hard work pays off. I paid attention as he transformed worn out properties into solid homes that were move-in ready for new families just starting out.





Over the years, I turned my love for renovating and decorating into a business. I spent 12 years working with a custom home builder in the Bellaire area. I honed my skills in customer service. Our clients requested me to meet with them to pick out materials, finishes and colors. I had the honor of staging homes for the Bellaire New Home Showcase. My varied experience in real estate helps me to see the potential in a home. Experience has also given me the skills needed to help you make your home into one that others only dream of.





My family and I are currently living in the Texas Hill Country where I have the opportunity to serve the San Antonio and surrounding areas as well as serving Houston and surrounding areas. Grant Lopez is a third generation San Antonian and has been a licensed REALTOR since 2009. Currently he serves as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board for the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) and is also a proud member of the Board of Directors to the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA). He takes great pride in knowing that he works hard for his clients not only during the sale, but also afterwards through both associations' efforts to protect the dream of home ownership and private property rights. Grant also serves on the Board of Directors to both the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
