My speciality is small to mid size apartments and assisted living facilities. I can also assist you in land evaluation, retail finish out, development, flipping, rehabs, small office buildings and strip centers. I have personally been investing myself for many years and have been active in the San Antonio market for approximately 16 years. I can assist you in developing a long term plan in investing in real estate through analyzing individual properties and developing an action plan with appropriate exit strategies.
