My name is Carol Gober and I grew up Lovington NM. I moved to San Angelo 1980 & I've been working in real estate for soon to be 10 years (October 2021). While I am open to all areas of in West Texas I am most familiar with San Angelo, TX . In fact, my favorite part of the city is Downtown, Red Arroyo Trail, San Angelo's dog park, Next Level Sports Complex, Lake Nasworthy, Goodfellow AFB & so much more. People are very friendly. We all say Y'all! To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I am a member of San Angelo Home Builders Association, and enjoy spending my time helping people. Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers. I believe it is important to listen to my clients & put their goals before mine. That's why I never lose focus of their goals. Their happiness is my #1 Concern. My job does not stop after closing. You will always be my friend & I am always here for you! In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family husband Jon, childen & grandchildren. I enjoy camping, gardening, bird watching, metal detecting & swimming.

LaFreta is, by nature, a people person. Prior to entering into the real estate business, she traveled Texas and New Mexico as a sales representative for a major corporation. She became increasingly attracted to the real estate profession through her interactions with realtors during several family home sales. She feels that assisting people through one of life's most challenging events is a glorious way to earn a living! She provides personalized client service based on a saying by editor H.L. Mencken, "A home is not mere shelter: its essence lies in the personalities of the people who live in it." Her clients are impressed with her generosity and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that the transaction proceeds to closing without a hitch. LaFreta is a 21-year veteran of the Real Estate Industry and believes that every transaction, whether buying or selling, should be a 5 star experience. She grew up in Central Texas and received her degree from Tarleton State University, in marketing. True to her Texas roots, she loves family time, country living, cooking outdoors, and is never too busy to provide advice and fellowship over a good cup of coffee.
